You have certainly just discovered the contents of your new Belleaunaturel organic box, and like us, you have found a nice package of cranberries coated with ORGANIC chocolate.

Organic cranberries have many virtues, including antioxidants, and you can consume them without moderation. Coated in ORGANIC chocolate, you can eat them directly or incorporate them into recipes, that's what we offer you today. With Valentine's Day fast approaching, here are two desserts that are sure to melt your companion!

Organic chocolate covered cranberry muffins

INGREDIENTS (for 8 people)

- 300g flour

- 1 packet of baking powder

- 100g of sugar

- 1 pinch of salt

- 1 large handful of chocolate covered cranberries from Box BelleauNaturel

- 1/4 liter of milk

- 2 whole eggs, beaten

- 1 tbsp honey

- 75 g melted butter

Mix the ingredients separately, before adding the liquids to the bowl of dry ingredients.

Be careful, we did say integrate, that is to say barely mix, just 2 or 3 short turns, until the flour disappears... If you stir too much, you will have a texture close to the cake, a little too elastic and you will lose that of the muffin, airy...

Bake at 180° for half an hour, plant the tip of a knife to monitor the cooking.

At the table for a healthy and tasty tasting!

Moist cookies with Matcha tea, white chocolate and cranberries

INGREDIENTS

- 90g of butter

- 30g coconut oil

- 90g brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon yeast

- 2 pinches of salt

- 2 eggs

- 200g spelled flour

- 2 tbsp Matcha tea

- 200g white chocolate

- 80g fresh, dried or chocolate covered cranberries

First of all, let's start by preheating our oven to 200°.

Then let the butter soften with the coconut oil and when they are very soft, mix with the brown sugar.

Let's add the salt and the yeast then the beaten eggs in an omelette.

Let's use our hands to mix everything together, and add the spelled flour and then the Matcha tea.

Let's set aside a bit, the time to cut the white chocolate into coarse pieces.

We also cut the cranberries in half and add everything delicately to the dough.

Place a baking sheet on a baking sheet and drop small heaps of cookie dough on it (the equivalent of a slightly heaped tablespoon)

Let's cook for about 8 minutes, more or less according to our preferences (melting or crunchy cookies)

There you have it, a pretty original dessert that will amaze your lover!
