Homemade recipe for a radiant complexion!

Ah, the end-of-year celebrations, family reunions, short nights, busy meals, going back to work or school and the coming winter. It can do a lot for our skin which quickly becomes dull, lackluster and dehydrated. That's why I come to offer you the ideal recipe for this period and even throughout the year with our sublime hydrosol of Organic Orange Blossoms present in the BelleauNaturel box for the month of January.

To make this recipe you will need 3 ingredients, a small bowl and a "magic" spoon.

2 tablespoons Organic Orange Blossom Hydrosol

This hydrolat has regenerating properties, restores radiance and light to the skin while soothing it. It is suitable for all skin types and the little + is that it has a sedative action so it will soothe you during its use in addition to your skin.

3 tablespoons organic red clay

Red clay (mineral ingredient) is composed of iron, potassium, zinc and other trace elements . It has remineralizing and detoxifying actions, known to improve blood circulation, it is the best clay that gives a boost to the skin. Suitable for all skin types, even sensitive and reactive

1 tsp organic honey

Honey is a magic ingredient for the hydration of the skin which is great in winter because even if the skin can dry out all year round, this is the period that can be the most aggressive. (it is possible to use organic agave syrup for people who do not want to consume honey because it is a very moisturizing natural substitute as well).

The recipe:

Mix the liquid ingredients:organic orange blossom hydrosol and organic honey. Add the 3 tablespoons of red clay, then mix again.

The texture should not be liquid or too thick but rather creamy, this mask will have to be applied to make-up and cleansed skin in order to multiply the benefits of the ingredients (you can even do a gentle exfoliation before to eliminate dead cells or a steam bath to open the pores). Then using a brush or your fingers, apply the mixture all over your face for 10 to 15 minutes while making sure that the mask does not dry out by spraying orange blossom hydrosol. Then rinse your face in circular motions with cool water. The mask can be done once or twice a week or when you feel the need.

Little extra :remove limescale from the water by passing a cotton ball soaked in hydrosol before finishing your usual routine.

The skin will have more pep, suppleness and radiance. Those around you will no doubt have the impression that you have had a stay under the sun...

Have a great New Year everyone!
