Beauty tip:how to tame curly hair?

Those with curly hair often end up with…straight hair! But with a few tricks, you can tame the wildest curls into docile, silky waves.

Curly hair tends to dry out and get damaged very easily. Because unlike straight hair, they are not always in direct contact with the scalp. To have perfect curls, here are some tips to remember:

1- Dry naturally :Heat only dries out curly hair more. Ideally, let them air dry. If you are in a hurry? Use a hair dryer with a low temperature diffuser.

2- Choosing the right cut :a light gradient gives much more bounce to the curls. However, the top strands should not be cut too short, or you will end up with a "poodle face"!

3- Know your hair: for frizzy and tangled hair, the rollers will transform your hair into a subtly wavy mane. As a general rule, the larger the rollers, the softer and fuller the curls will be.
Naturally curly hair tangles less when styled with a paddle brush or comb. Then just spray on some hairspray and let them air dry…

  • A fan of retro curls ? Spray some hairspray on your hair and style it with a comb. Then dry your hair with a diffuser-tip dryer and let it cool. Finally, remove the clips and comb them carefully.
  • Want a “mussed-up” style? Distribute a little styling mousse on your dry hair, then wrap thick locks in a spiral on foils. Dry everything with a hair dryer for a few minutes. When the hair has cooled, remove the curls. Don't brush your hair. Just tug on the curls with your fingers to shape the hairstyle.
