Panty Problems

Chances are you'll be wearing tights one of the Christmas days. This is how you prevent or save yourself from pantyhose troubles.

Static Party dresses and tights often have a tendency to become static due to the friction. Your dress can therefore be 'glued' to your legs at the back. Not very charming. You prevent this problem by spraying hairspray on the tights while you are already wearing them.

Ladder
The well-known trick against a ladder is to put clear nail polish on it. Take a bottle with you in your bag. It is also useful to bring a spare pair of tights if you have them.

High emergency To be safe, shave your legs the night before you wear tights. If your tights tear and your spare tights too, you will have smooth legs.

Lubber lubber
Sometimes your tights are still nice, but the waistline is bulging. You can turn the waist so that it becomes hip tights. You can also choose to wear pants or a thong over the tights. With both solutions, make sure that no seams or edges can be seen through your dress.

Broken toe
Jubilant or not. The toe of the tights is a sensitive piece that breaks easily. To compress. Does this happen with tights with a pattern? Then wear extra tights in the same color underneath. Isn't that an option? Cut off the bottom of your tights so you have leggings. You can of course also choose to wear closed shoes, so you don't see anything of the hole.

Tacks through your nail
When putting on tights, it is easy to get nicks if your nails have a hook. Make sure your nails are smooth. If necessary, file them briefly before putting on your tights. Also think about your toenails.

SOS
Before you go to the Christmas party, you might want to walk around the house for a while. Put on slippers or socks over your tights. Why? You would just stand on a pine needle and get a ladder in your tights.
