Tips to blow dry your hair

If you walk out the door with wet hair, your hair will be frozen in no time. Maybe that's why you blow-dry your hair while you normally don't.

Even if you blow dry your hair to dry it, there are a few things to keep in mind.

Protect your hair
Apply a protective product to your hair before blow-drying your hair. This protects your hair from the heat. You can also use serum.

Blow dryer with the direction of the hair
Always hold the blow dryer so that it blows from your roots to the ends of your hair, from top to bottom. If you hold the hairdryer the other way around, your hair will become frizzy more easily.

Put your hair down
Pin up a section of your hair. This way you can blow dry the loose part well. Loosen an extra piece of hair at a time. That way your hair is dry everywhere.

Volume or extra style
While you're blow-drying, you might as well style your hair right away. For volume, you can hang it upside down, or hold up a look hair with a brush while you blow-dry it. For straight hair, blow dry it right past your head.

Cold air
Blow-dry your hair with cold air at the end. The warm air ensures that your hair dries faster and you can shape it more easily. Cold air is better for your hair and ensures that your hairstyle stays in place.
