Protect your skin from the spring sun

The first red cheeks and noses have already been spotted. Not surprising, because the spring sun has quite a lot of power and in winter our skin has seen little sun. So don't be too lax about protecting your skin.

Let your skin get used to it slowly
Build up your skin's exposure to the sun slowly. By regularly taking some sun rays with you, you have already built up a base when the sun is really bright. Your skin produces melanin in the sun. This not only makes you tan, melanin also ensures that the negative effects of sunlight on your skin are reduced.

Spread with a factor Your skin doesn't protect itself nearly enough. Even in winter you should use spf. Now we know that not everyone does that and now is the time to replace your day cream with a variant with a factor. If you go outside for longer, then only day cream with a factor is not enough. Then apply sunscreen.

Don't forget your hands
With temperatures not so high yet, most of your skin will be covered in clothing. Your face, neck and hands are most exposed to the sun. Lubricate these body parts well!
