Are your feet ready for sandals and flip flops? With this step-by-step plan you prepare your feet to kick off your closed shoes. Your feet can be seen again!

Step 1:remove nail polish

Do you have any leftover nail polish on your toenails? Remove that first.

Step 2:take a foot bath

Fill a basin with lukewarm water. Do not use water that is too hot, because the hotter the water, the more it dries out your skin. Add a dash of oil and soak your feet in it for 10 minutes. Then scrub your feet. Don't forget your heels and ankles.

Step 3:remove calluses

The foot bath makes your callus softer and easier to remove. You do this with a foot file or a pumice stone. Make sure you don't remove too much, that can be painful when walking.

Step 4:cut nails
