What do you do if you don't like your husband's clothing style? Do you not care, or do you always report what you think? And your husband? Does he care about your opinion or does he not care at all? Clothing style men… it's an interesting phenomenon.
Here in the Netherlands, men usually focus on jeans and sneakers, whether or not they fit well in terms of model. At number 1 is the jeans. At number 2 are the jeans, and you can be very happy if you meet a man who at number 3 has different pants than jeans (and I am of course not referring to the jogging that can then replace it )!

And what is worn on those jeans? Looking at the clothing style of my own men, it is a shirt, blouse or sweater. With men, of course, I also refer to my son. Unfortunately no jacket. Now my lovely husband is not a model fashion man, no, but he is well-groomed. However, there is one type of clothing item from his closet that I would most like to throw on a burning fire. Or rather; on a big fire! Burning so fiercely that I am immediately delivered from it! That piece of clothing does not fit my taste when it comes to the clothing style for men.
It's the checkered blouses. Man I think that's ugly! What you? I prefer a cool shirt, or a slightly retro-like blouse, such a tighter model. Or a real woodcutter's windowpane, I think that's mega cool. Unfortunately, hubby has a bit of a fight with his belly and that dissatisfaction is expressed in not putting on tighter outerwear. Too bad, because even with that little belly of his, I think it looks a lot tougher than the 'too sweet' checked blouses.
Still, I have slowly taken steps to banish the plaid blouses to the background. How? Very simple. Just don't wash so often. And then suddenly put on some new clothes. Men's clothing in a different style. I started cautiously. No tight blouses, no, not yet, maybe towards the summer. With these temperatures I still opted for a sweater. A somewhat obscuring piece of clothing, so that should be possible. And let's face it… no checkered blouse can match this, right?
When I look at the clothing style of the Dutch man, the majority may not come off very well, but we do have them. My personal clothing style of men and the top 3 is as follows:
Incidentally, not necessarily in this order, because they are all men with extremely good taste. With jeans or without jeans 😉 . Whatever clothing style men measure themselves, they can't easily match these men!
I have looked at a number of webshops, including this webshop which is equipped with beautiful men's fashion and also a webshop with Gabba men's clothing. Do you already know that brand? Does your man have trouble with his clothing style? Then it is worth taking a look here. I took a quick look at the shirts category… yes… they also have checks here, so I quickly click further before my sweetheart can watch my screen.
My choice fell on a beautiful men's sweater. One that suits a tough sailor. Or with a Harley Davidson rider. Of course we didn't get our motorcycle license for nothing. What I also really like is a jacket or blazer on a shirt. And that on jeans, because I can't get them out of his wardrobe anyway and I don't have to. With a jacket or blazer it becomes a nice casual dress combination, a clothing style for men that I can appreciate. Unfortunately ... he thinks that is too warm. So I'm already very happy with the fact that he appreciates a nice sweater.
