Mmmmm, would I dare to wear white sneakers? I haven't worn white pants or a white blouse in years because of the kids and the dog. I don't like to dress in white with small children, you see everything on it and my children prefer to walk around all day with grubby hands and faces that now and then hang around my neck or pull on my arm . Well, then you don't have to guess what the result is. But white sneakers, that might be possible! In addition, sneakers actually have to be a little bit 'kicked off' before they are really beautiful, right? So if the white got a little blurry… so what?
I used to not be a sneaker girl † Not only did I find them ugly, but also very rude. No, I'd rather walk in heels. Preferably as high as possible, or in tough cowboy boots or boots with studs † I do like a little flash, so why not? But for a few years now I've been sweetly finding myself more and more on sneakers and especially in the last year! Because of my hernia, walking in heels was not an option in the past year, so I really sought refuge in flat shoes † But ballerinas are not for me! And since the pair of sneakers I had in my closet for years now served me well, I was done in no time. The only downside to these sneakers was that they didn't have a good footbed, but hey, it was a lot more relaxed than the heels I always wore.
The La Strada shoes The ones I have now (yes, the white sneakers) are very different from my old sneakers. I honestly didn't know sneakers could be so comfortable 😉 . I didn't have to get used to these shoes for a day and I sometimes wear them with a sock but they are even great with bare feet without a certain smell coming from so to speak 😛 . And I don't have to tie it because it has a zipper!
To celebrate that my hernia is over, I also had to shop for the heels. What do you think of these handsome La Strada shoes? Great to go on high heels again when the weather is nice! But if I have to cover distances, it will be my white sneakers 😉 .
