Fashion:5 (very good) tips to keep your favorite clothes in shape year after year

Obviously one of the best solutions in terms of washing remains to refer to the washing symbols, present on the labels of each garment; however, experience invites us to always reduce the washing and drying temperatures, otherwise we will have to give our clothes to our little sister, daughter or niece.

Keeping your clothes in shape:separate materials and colors when going through the washing machine

Similarly - it is always good to remember - when washing our clothes, we must be vigilant about their colors and materials; some fabrics only support different water pressures or different drum speeds, when the different shades do not react in the same way to washing.

You must therefore first separate the light clothes from the dark clothes. This is especially so when they are new or relatively new, as some of the fabric dye may rub off , i.e. detach from the garment, spread in the liquid and tint the other garments present in the same washing cycle. We therefore opt for the battery technique to sort your clothes according to their material and color!

How to machine wash your cashmere sweater without damaging it?

We love this cashmere sweater and we're more it cost candy so when it goes through the machine, we'll wash it cold with very little detergent (and especially no fabric softener!). After which, prefer to spin in the washing machine (yes yes, this does not damage the fibers but be careful not to exceed 300 maximum drum revolutions). Finally to dry your cashmere sweater , just lay it out on a flat surface, over a terrycloth towel and let it air dry.
