Billie Tango:shoes with foldable heels

Decidedly, the smart heels have the coast. After the removable heels of Alegory, we present to you today Billie Tango, the new brand of shoes with… foldable heels.

The idea comes to us from two shoe lovers, Maxence Drobinski and Georges Le Guerneve. It took them two years to develop this little gem of technology, namely a small patented mechanical heel guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase of the pair of shoes.

His particuliarity ? It bends, making you gain or lose 4cm, depending on your desire. It was enough (almost) to think about it!

One shoe, two possibilities

Small presentation of the shoe itself:three models are currently available:the round toe, the pointed toe and the semi-pointed toe. Each version, in low upper, is available in classic pumps, revisited salomée, Marie-Jeanne and ankle boots. In terms of colors and materials, the palette is also very wide, with suede, varnish or even metallic finishes. In short:the choice is already quite large.

Now that you have got to know the model, we come back to the heel, which is the small innovation here. The principle ? When your feet hurt in the street or you fall in front of Elisa, your 1m95 colleague, zouh! With a small gesture, your 8.5cm heel goes to 4.5cm, and vice versa. As for the sole, it has been designed to absorb shocks.

If the practical side of this shoe is not in doubt, we are quite divided on the aesthetics of the bent heel... And you, what do you think?
