The same principle applies to mid-calf boots, which are difficult to wear with knee-length skirts. Prefer mini-skirts or shorts to enlarge the space between boots and hem, reduce the contrast between the boots and the leg with opaque tights, or choose a pencil skirt to elongate the silhouette. Another option? Here again, decline without restraint the long skirts or tuck your pants into the boots! As for a dream wedding, wear soft mid-calf boots with a long dress for a folksy, retro style.

Knee boots are the most common, and probably the easiest to wear:they adapt to all occasions and all body types! They shape the calf and do not cut the leg, perfectly matching all dresses and skirts. Choose a long and flared skirt for a seventies style, a mini skirt for the sixties, a pencil skirt for a work look or a light dress for a trendy contrast. Without forgetting the trousers, to be worn tucked in for slims and cigarettes, pulled out for fluid trousers or flares… or even leggings, slipped under a large sweater or tunic!

Warning, danger:waders are complex boots. Beware of the look of thigh-high boots and mini-skirts, or thigh-high boots and short shorts, which easily border on vulgarity when they are not subtly softened... a sweatshirt, and temporize the accessories. Or choose wedge boots! The ideal figure? Simply tuck denim, black skinny jeans or leggings into the thigh high boots. Add a soft top and avoid imposing jewelry, in favor of a long scarf or a colorful scarf. As for wearing your boots with a skirt, slip thigh-high boots in supple skin under a long printed dress, the folk silhouette is yours!
