Fashion advice:how do I dress to keep it cooler?

We opt for the right material

Cotton:not ideal. In case of heavy sweating, even if this natural fiber absorbs moisture very well , it will not necessarily dry quickly and will therefore retain sweat (which develops bad odors).

Bamboo:good. This fiber absorbs four times more than cotton. And in addition, it is naturally antibacterial (which avoids that it smells bad ).

Linen :impeccable (linen can absorb 30% of its weight in water and is antibacterial). In addition, the material is naturally thermoregulatory (warm in winter, cool in summer).

Tencel ®:we validate! This cellulosic fiber (produced from wood pulp), naturally antibacterial, perfectly wicks away perspiration. This material is often found mixed with cotton at green fashion brands, but also at H &M, Zara and many others.

Synthetic:we forget. Unless it's a high-tech synthetic with a special antiperspirant treatment. (Dry at Uniqlo) or a specialist label (like Coolmax from Invista).

We pay attention to the form

Too tight, the garment keeps you warm and increases perspiration . Too wide, it is no longer in contact with the skin and does not wick away sweat . As a result, we sink. So we choose a normally cut T-shirt. For colors, we always opt for light, because black and dark colors attract heat. In the summer, to kill two birds with one stone, we adopt a long and vaporous dress to move without sweating too much while remaining stylish.
