I want pretty feet:pro level

Profile:You are a foot worshiper, yes, yes. And you are right. Levels 1 and 2? Pfff… Easy! Here are three steps to go (even) further.

1/ Make the nails shine

Time:1 minute per foot every night.

Materials:nail oil and chamois leather.

Instructions for use:after moisturizing the foot, apply a drop of oil to each nail, massage in, insisting on the furrow and the cuticles. This helps restore suppleness to the skin. You can polish the nail to make it shine, but always gently. Be careful with grain files which weaken it, we rather take a chamois leather, and we make delicate movements. Good to know:simply wiping the nail with a towel after showering makes it shine.

2/ Remove calluses

Time:3 minutes, once a day for a week, repeat if calluses reappear.

Material:a keratolytic peeling cream, formulated with urea.

How to use:apply the cream like a mask (it removes calluses by peeling them off), without allowing it to penetrate. Warning:it is only applied to damaged skin, otherwise there is a risk of creating new calluses. Then, rinse and moisturize.

3/ Powder the foot

Time:1 minute, daily.

Material:talc.

Instructions for use:it is used to reduce friction between the shoe and the foot, and therefore, calluses. The ideal? A very fine powder, to sprinkle all over the foot, emphasizing the fat pad and between the toes. We also put it in the shoe. Another benefit:by absorbing moisture, talc helps you sweat less. It thus prevents the proliferation of bacteria responsible for bad odors.
