Yoga, massage, sauna, pilates:boost your detox

A gentle sports activity, an organic and light beauty routine (we give up our "layering" for the duration of the cure), body massages with a focus on the stomach, colon hydrotherapy and sauna sessions:so many uplifting activities (yes, colon hydrotherapy is uplifting!) that optimizes detoxification.

We avoid treatment breaks

Business lunches, superfluous aperitifs, small dinners with friends, surprise snack at the office:no excuse is good for interrupting the cure. In case of social obligation, we choose a salad of raw vegetables or a soup. You can also come with your juice, soup or small vegan dish:the object of the delight, as beautiful as it is delicious, is likely to make people jealous.

We never starve. What an idea ! A (small) hollow during the cure? We drink a large glass of water, a hot herbal tea, an iced tea, a squeezed lemon. A (real) hunger? We hold ourselves while feasting on a few almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts or half an avocado.

Oxygenate your skin

It is one of the best ways out to eliminate toxins. We therefore make it easier to work by exfoliating it on a daily basis. Favorite tool? A large brush with a long wooden handle and soft natural bristles. It is used before the shower, on dry skin and the whole body is rubbed gently to activate the lymphatic system and promote the elimination of dead cells without damaging the epidermis.
