Green clay:how to make a clay hair mask?

The oily hair clay mask

To prepare your mask, use green clay in powder or in small pieces and add a tablespoon of rhassoul. Add rosemary verbenone or lavender floral water and stir well with a wooden spoon. Leave to rest for ten minutes. The texture of the mixture should be creamy, even supple. Apply the mask on the root of your hair, without going to the ends. If the latter are dry, take the precaution of coating them with vegetable oil (linseed, calophylle, jojoba or sesame). Gently massage the scalp and the beginning of the lengths. Leave on for a maximum of ten minutes before rinsing with water containing lemon or added cider vinegar.

Volume for your hair thanks to clay

Pink or white clay will be the softest, but green clay is best for oily scalp and hair. Wet your hair without washing it. Apply the clay mainly to the roots of your wet hair, just lightly run your powdery hands over the rest of the lengths. Leave on for a quarter of an hour before rinsing and making a mild shampoo.

The clay mask for dry hair

Mix ¼ of green clay with ¾ of pink or white clay and wet with a hydrosol of ylang-ylang or geranium. When the batter is smooth, stir in about 2 tablespoons of olive, avocado or sesame oil. Place the mask on the roots of your dry hair, massage gently and coat the rest of the hair more lightly. After ¼ hour of exposure, you can rinse and proceed with a mild shampoo. If your hair is damaged, especially on the ends, coat them with vegetable oil before applying the treatment.

Clay mask for hair with dandruff

A simple little recipe to soothe itching and regulate the formation of dandruff. Mix your green clay with a mixture of mineral water and cider vinegar. As soon as the mixture is smooth and homogeneous, apply it to your scalp and massage gently. Rinse after 10 minutes of exposure. To renew once a week at first, then space out.

Clay as a dry shampoo

For sad mornings, when you don't have time to wash your hair, don't hesitate to use clay. Opt for a powdered clay, pink green or white and make yourself an express dry shampoo. Apply the clay powder liberally to your roots first, then work your way up (but not all the way to the tips!) using a makeup puff. Leave on for 1 minute and brush your hair in all directions to remove the clay. Do your hair normally and leave in peace:you are impeccable!
