At each age its fluoride dosage! From 3 to 6 years, do not exceed 500 ppm (particles per million) of fluoride. After 6 years, the recommended dose is between 1000 and 1500 ppm. In adults, fluoride can rise up to 2500 ppm.

Protective toothpaste for gums and sensitive teeth

You have to be very careful with your gums. You should know that more than half of oral problems come from poorly maintained gums. This can manifest as pain, tenderness, heaving and bleeding. It is essential to prevent all these inconveniences with a special gum toothpaste. This type of toothpaste generally contains specific components such as vitamins E and B5 which help to strengthen sensitive gums but also dental plaque. The accumulation and calcification of dental plaque lead to various disorders such as swelling and bleeding.
