We met Alice Isaaz, beauty fan and wellness enthusiast

You are an ambassador for the “Take a break” campaign with Rituals. Why did you choose to associate yourself with the brand?

For me, it was essential to associate myself with a brand that I love and that I want to defend. To be honest, I only knew Rituals by name, because the brand established itself quite recently in France. So I discovered the brand for which I had a real crush, very recently. I like its philosophy, its very history. I, who am a follower of Asian lifestyles, am happy that a Western designer wanted to import this to Europe! I like to take care of myself and my home, and it is true that we too often rush this step, which is nevertheless essential. Thanks to Rituals, I relearned to take the time for myself in order to escape the Parisian frenzy and its scents and textures make me travel daily.

What are your favorite products in the brand?

I love the shower foam which is extremely comforting. In the morning, I use the Laughing Buddha ritual for its energizing aspect without hesitation, on the other hand in the evening I rather opt for the ritual of Dao , which has a more comforting side.

What is your skincare routine for the face?

Whether in the morning or in the evening, my first instinct is to cleanse my skin and moisturize it. At the moment, I use Clarins products. Thereafter, I make up a little, lightly, but always with a good-looking effect! For that, Giorgio Armani or Laura Mercier foundations are perfect. With a rosé blush from Nars to illuminate everything.

And for the body?

Since I adopted the Rituals brand, my morning routine for the body is the Laughing Buddha ritual! The exfoliation then the shower foam and finally the moisturizing cream which penetrates ultra quickly. That way, I don't have to worry about getting dressed right after!

How do you take care of your blonde hair?

Once or twice a year, I do the Tokio treatment at the David Mallett salon, and in the meantime, I nourish them with the salon's Hydration range. Moreover, I am a fan of this address:it is Louis Trautwein who maintains my color and Etienne Sekola who takes care of the cut.

Do you have a favorite perfume?

I have many ! I love Annick Goutal, and more specifically the fragrances Idée de soiree and Vent de Folie. They are rather summer perfumes, one for the day and one for the evening. Otherwise, I love Aqua Celestia by Francis Kurkdjian so much… And in winter, I wear Gardenia Petal by Van Cleef &Arpels. In fact, I like to change perfumes according to my mood.

What make-up products do you not do without?

A lightweight foundation, blush and discreet mascara. I like to be made up but to have the feeling that I haven't put anything on.

What is the best advice a beauty pro has given you?

I am extremely curious about the techniques of professional makeup artists and hairstylists, because I love changing my face every day, especially when I go out. As a result, I am very observant of all their gestures. Especially since it often happens that, for evenings, we have to prepare ourselves, so every tip is welcome! Over time, I picked up quite a few. One of the best tips I have been given is to mix foundation shades, it often gives a brighter complexion that is much more suited to your skin tone and with more relief for the flashes of the photos. Another tip that has helped me a lot is to apply a clear kohl pencil on the mucous membrane of the eye when you are tired with small eyes!

On a daily basis, do you pay attention to your diet?

Yes I am careful, both for my health and for my figure. But I'm very greedy, so I allow myself a lot of indulgences (laughs).

Do you play sports?

Yes, I do a lot, to compensate for the cracks! I go to Dynamo Cycling and also to L'Usine, 4 to 5 times a week. Dynamocycling is one of the few group lessons that I love, because otherwise, I'm pretty lonely when it comes to doing sports and having to push myself. This is why I alternate with the Factory where I will do my sequence of cardio and weight training. And I also take yoga classes there to take the pressure off.

What are your plans for the future?

I have a movie coming out on January 17, 2018, The Repair Surface by Christophe Régin, with Franck Gastambide, and I'm shooting Rémi Bezançon's next film from the end of February, alongside Fabrice Luchini and Camille Cottin.
