Beautiful skin gestures to do before going to bed

In the morning, it's not always the time when we are most presentable:crumpled pajamas, messy hair with the trace of the pillow on the cheek... Not very chic! If you want to leave your home looking good, without getting up 3 hours before everyone else, you can do a few simple beauty routines the day before to take care of your skin on a daily basis. It is actually at night that it recharges and regenerates, so you have to free it from make-up, adopt a good cleansing ritual and adapt the hydration to your needs... to wake up with a radiant complexion (well, for the crumpled pajamas and the trace of the pillow, we can't help it though)!

1/ Remove make-up

We know, after a (slightly) too long evening, we don't always have the courage to remove our makeup! However, it is the first step to take to take care of your skin attacked by pollution and makeup. If makeup enhances us during the day, worn at night it dries out the skin, makes it dull and over time reduces its elasticity. So a little more courage... we won't go to bed without going to the bathroom!

2/ Cleanse your skin

Make-up removal is not always enough, you must then cleanse your skin with a foaming lotion for example. Once a week (or once every two weeks for dry skin), complete your ritual with an exfoliating product. For the body, we think of using an exfoliating shower treatment that eliminates imperfections and makes the skin soft. After these treatments, it must obviously be hydrated so as not to weaken it.

3/ Moisturize your skin

The daily aggressions that the skin undergoes sometimes make it dull, dry and irritated. For this, only one solution, you need the HY-DRA-TER! In the evening, we prefer a night cream, richer, which promotes the regeneration of the skin and nourishes it. You can massage the face in small circles from bottom to top to make the treatment penetrate. Twice a week, complete your ritual with a face mask (to leave on all night). For the body, we can favor a dry oil, lighter, or an argan oil for very dry skin. Since the hands and lips are particularly irritable areas, we also think of moisturizing them, with a balm for example.

4/ Go to bed early

It's proven:sleeping well increases the skin's ability to regenerate (for example after a sunburn) and helps the skin stay hydrated for longer. Lack of sleep also causes an increase in cortisol (stress hormone), which promotes acne and eczema. Clearly, it is best to do your care and go to bed before 11 p.m. so as not to disturb the cycle of the largest organ in your body... And in addition, you save time in the morning!
