We live in a paradoxical time:well-being is more than ever at the heart of our concerns, and yet we all have a frenetic pace which means that we have no time for anything, and most often, it's our well-being takes a hit. Being able to make an appointment on a whim with well-being specialists who come to us is the idea of the Urban platform. The principle is simple:we geolocate to find wellness practitioners available near us, whether they are osteopaths, masseurs or nail technicians and we book an appointment in a few clicks. And since it's at home, we keep all the benefits of our little zen bubble!
Concretely, the service exists on the website or via the application (free). If you are new to Uban, you start by choosing the desired service (a massage from the 8 types offered, an osteopathy and/or follow-up consultation or a manicure with nail polish or semi-permanent application), then the /the practitioner; if you have already used the service, you can find a practitioner you liked and check their availability. In both cases, we then have access to an agenda with the possible time slots and the price for each (the times go from 8 a.m. to midnight, there are off-peak hours, peak hours and evening hours), it just click on the one that interests us, fill in our address and any additional information (floor, intercom, etc.) and presto! We pay by credit card, Paypal or gift card and it is reserved. In terms of price, it's quite reasonable, especially for home care:from €60 for one hour of solo massage, €130 for two (with 2 practitioners), from €70 for a consultation. osteopathy and from €34 for nail beauty treatments. What if we have to cancel? Do not panic, if we do it up to 24 hours before the appointment, we are fully reimbursed; up to 2 hours before, we recover 70% of the amount paid; beyond that, you have to pay the full amount (which seems quite normal).
Clearly, no more excuses for not treating yourself to a moment of well-being! For the moment, Urban is available in Paris and in 93 cities in Île-de-France.
