The key to the perfect shampoo

1/ Prepare the ground
Before shampooing, brush your hair in all directions to remove dust. Are they closed? Use a comb. Gaffe:hold the lengths to avoid creating tension on the scalp.

2/ Choose the right shampoo
Opt for a moisturizing shampoo. If you have dandruff, oily or very dry hair, alternate once in three with a specific shampoo. The right rhythm:twice a week. You can increase the frequency, as long as the product is gentle.

3/ Adjust the temperature
Heat abuses the fiber. Prefer lukewarm water and finish rinsing with cold water (yes, yes, it's possible). This is the best way to smooth the scales and therefore, to activate the shine. Wash your hair in the shower rather than doing pirouettes in the sink:putting your head upside down creates knots (in the hair and in the brain).

4/ Massage gently
Distribute the shampoo well on the scalp and emulsify by adding water throughout the cleansing. To wash, but also oxygenate the roots and activate circulation, massage the scalp with your fingertips, without rubbing. Where ? Borders, at the top of the skull, passing through the back of the head, without forgetting the nape of the neck. Finish by gliding the product to the ends. Rinse (at least) three minutes to remove all residue.

5/ Activate the shine
Systematise the nourishing treatment on the lengths, avoiding the scalp. It sheaths the hair, makes it easier to glide (=avoids breakage) and tightens the scales for better light reflection. Massage the product well to make it penetrate, comb through, leave on for two to five minutes and rinse well. Absorb the water as much as possible by wrapping the hair in a towel then comb to remove the humidity.
