We tested:Shu Uemura's Deep Ceremony Ultimate Remedy ritual

The promise. Deep Ceremony by Shu Uemura are tailor-made treatments adapted to the needs of the hair, which are accompanied by gestures inspired by Shiatsu to awaken the senses. Ultimate Remedy is the brand's restorative range. Deep repair + massage? We want!

Crash test. The ceremony starts with a diagnosis of the hair, with a brushing with 2 brushes (=to see the hair and the scalp). During this time, the hairdresser asks me my expectations (which allows me to insist on the fact that I have fine hair and little volume, and that I would like the treatment not to weigh it down). He applies a purifying oil to the scalp and begins the shiatsu pressures (at the edge of the hair, behind the ears and at the top of the skull). He rinses and then shampoos:forceful, quick strokes using both hands. He then mixes the Ultimate Remedy mask and the Absolute Essence, which he applies wick by wick with a brush. While the mask is on, it's the most fun part of the treatment:the massage! It starts with the neck, the shoulders and the nape of the neck, then the trapezius muscles, the arms, the fingers, the extremities of the shoulders. It's super pleasant, we almost forget that we are doing a hair care. Then, rinse and move on to drying and styling.

Verdict. Successful bet ! Not only does this treatment visibly repair the hair (this is especially obvious at the ends), but it is also a real moment of pleasure and relaxation. I am usually a little tense when I go to the baccalaureate because I often have neck pain, I came out perfectly relaxed. And, icing on the cake, as the care is really tailor-made, I left with more beautiful, light hair and even a little volume!
