Kevin Murphy's Anti-Gravity:Noémi's beauty crush

What is Anti-Gravity? A non-greasy hair volumizer. In its small jar, its texture is a sort of transparent gel that smells very good of lavender. It is formulated from precisely organic lavender floral water, toning and limiting excess sebum; honey extract to soften; grapefruit extract, regenerating. Like all Kevin Murphy products (Australian studio hairdresser who created his own range of treatments), this Anti-Gravity gel is not organic but it is developed in a "green" approach (in order to preserve the environment), free of sulfates and parabens and not tested on animals. It also contains some certified organic ingredients. The packaging is recyclable and bio-degradable. (To find out more about this, consult the charter on the brand's website)

It is used on damp hair. We apply a nut in his hands and heat it by rubbing them. Then the product is applied by peeling off the roots, from the neck to the top of the skull, as if massaging the scalp. You can also put it on the lengths, always from below, never on top so as not to flatten your hair. Then we dry her hair. Personally, I use a diffuser on my hair dryer to optimize the volumizing effect.

I love this product for its effectiveness. With my very long hair, it's quite difficult to get volume at the roots because it's heavy. The Anti-Gravity does the job very well. I admit I fell for it first for its floral smell, very fresh and very different from what we currently find on the market. But as the applications progressed, I realized its properties which make my hair more beautiful, cleans it in addition to giving it volume.

Of course, the volume is there for a day, after that it tends to fall. But sometimes I also use it on dry hair to refresh and I blow dry it afterwards, it's very effective. The Anti-Gravity is therefore a real favourite, which is now one of my bathroom must-haves.
