I want to space out my shampoos:how do I go about it?

Tip #1 for spacing out your shampoos:natural care

Do you have hair that gets greasy too quickly despite almost daily washing? Do not panic, there are many solutions to manage to space out your shampoos! First of all, you have to do some cleaning in your bathroom. No more toxic products:opt for sulphate- and paraben-free treatments. It is important that the hair fiber can breathe! Therefore, turn to organic, natural and gentle shampoos. We also avoid silicone:in addition to being bad for the environment, it makes the hair greasy!

Tip n° 2 to space out your shampoos:care for the scalp

The more you wash your hair, the more it tends to get greasy very quickly. It is a vicious circle from which it is difficult to escape. It is therefore essential to treat the problem at the root… of the hair of course! There are indeed treatments that target the scalp and regulate sebum. You can also make masks at home with essential oils or powders to purify the roots.

Tip #3 for spacing out your shampoos:use conditioner

You may know the "no-poo" which consists of banishing your shampoo from the bathroom. Inspired by this method, you can sometimes use your conditioner as a cleansing treatment. It will gently cleanse, while moisturizing the hair fiber. You can also make your own cleansing and moisturizing treatment:add a cleansing base, a few drops of real lavender essential oil, a tablespoon of jojoba oil, and mix well. You can apply this mixture like a classic shampoo, once a week.

Tip 4 to space out your shampoos:leave your hair natural

The number one enemy of hair is heat. If you want to take care of your hair, use your hair dryer as little as possible! Heat stimulates the production of sebum. It is therefore better to let your hair dry in the open air and refine with a final blow of the hair dryer. Ditto for the straightener:use as little as possible!

Tip 5 to space out your shampoos:small daily gestures

Without realizing it, we tend to touch our hair often and thus grease it. However, you must avoid touching the roots, especially if you have dirty fingers. When you do a physical activity, do not hesitate to tie them up to prevent perspiration from dirtying them. Finally, remember to change your pillowcase regularly. You will see that by spacing out your shampoos, your hair will be much shinier, more supple and softer
