How to make your shampoo well?

Why apply a shampoo?

Today, shampoo has become a must in the bathroom. It is essential in a toiletry bag and is quickly missing when the bottle is finished. This beauty gesture has been known since the dawn of time. The term comes from the Anglo-Indian "shampoo", which means "to massage the muscles, to oil". The first hair care products were in the form of black soap and soda crystals. Thus, the shampoo has two very specific functions:it helps protect the fiber against external aggressions, such as pollution and dust, and fights against excess sebum which greases the scalp. A true miracle product, it restores tone and energy to the most flattened hair. But you still need to know how to apply it to get an amazing result!

How to apply a shampoo?

This beauty ritual is a privileged moment. It is indeed an opportunity to relax and unwind. Count about ten minutes to respect all the steps of the shampoo. But before you start, preferably choose a product without silicone, sulphate and paraben. Start by brushing your lengths well. Then wet your hair, avoiding using too hot water. Distribute a dab of shampoo on the sides and top of the head. The secret of a successful treatment:the massage! It is indeed essential to take the time to massage your scalp well to allow the product to penetrate. Be delicate, do not rub! Emulsify well with a little water. Favor the roots, because the lengths will be cleaned with the flowing water. Then, the crucial step, rinsing! It is important to rinse well to remove all the product. You can then apply a conditioner or a mask for better hydration. If you have dry or colored hair, apply the product only to the roots and lengths. Wait, then rinse thoroughly! Then untangle your hair, starting from the bottom to avoid having too many knots.

Tips for the perfect shampoo

Be aware that it is not recommended to wash your hair every day. The problem, when you start washing them often, is that they get greasy even faster. As a result, we are obliged to shampoo even more often. To end this vicious circle, you have to go through a not very fun step. Take advantage of the long winter weekends when hats are allowed to start spacing out your hair care. One day, then two, then three, and you can easily manage to shampoo twice a week. Moreover, even if you have very oily hair or, conversely, particularly dry hair, there is no point in shampooing twice in a row. It is more effective to do just one, conscientiously! Finally, do not hesitate to brush your lengths regularly, this reduces the production of sebum.
