bare skin

Perfect skin, baby skin, smooth complexion…

So many fashionable expressions that make “perfect” facial skin a holy grail to achieve. Let's be honest. This skin does not exist. Each skin has its particularities, its type, its condition, its qualities and its small defects. Beautiful skin, a luminous complexion, that, yes, it does exist. And believe us, it does not take much to achieve this result.

A minimalist routine

We take advantage of a few days to adopt a minimalist routine , the time to reaccustom our skin to more enveloping treatments, with creamy textures. We reconnect with our essential gestures, which are triple cleansing, beauty oil and deep care.

Oxygenate your skin

We therefore rely on an optimal triple cleansing, which will allow the care to perfectly penetrate the skin. To remove make-up from your skin, choose an ultra-soft oil or an enveloping and protective make-up remover balm. We favor good-looking ingredients, such as apricot, carrot or buriti oils to begin to revive the radiance of our complexion. It is important to massage the cleansing oil or balm well into the skin to remove toxins and makeup residue. .

Our favourites?

- Centifolia apricot oil, known for its healthy glow action and velvety finish

- Balance Me gentle cleansing balm, which, enriched with mango and cocoa butters, traps all impurities and reveals the skin's radiance

We then apply the cleanser, in order to leave our skin clean and purified, with a gel or foam texture. Invite plants or fruit enzymes (pomegranate, papaya, pineapple…) into your routine to illuminate your skin.

A shock duo? It's Nourish London's Kale Enzymatic Exfoliating Cleanser which, enriched with pomegranate and kale enzymes (vitamins C and K, antioxidants) oxygenates the skin, combined with The Konjac Sponge Company's Pink Clay Konjac Sponge which illuminates the complexion.

The essential beauty tip? Combine your cleanser with a konjac sponge for a micro-exfoliation of the skin and more radiance. It will gently unclog the pores, refine the skin texture and leave the epidermis purified.

Beauty without filter

Who doesn't dream of a refined skin texture, a luminous and refreshed complexion, rosy cheekbones? The keys to this dream? Hydration. Luminous, smooth, luscious and velvety, water-soaked skin is both preserved from premature aging and external aggressions. It is therefore essential to maintain the hydration of the skin with an adapted duo, a floral water and a beauty oil, and deep care. Floral water allows, morning and evening, to dissolve the limestone and the last cleaning residues while bringing freshness and soothing to the skin. Lemon, quince, spearmint, peach, apple, grape, lemon balm, verbena, rosemary, rose and multiple plant extracts formulate numerous tonic lotions :The most difficult thing will be to choose. Light and penetrating, the care oil maintains skin hydration and increases the concentration of hyaluronic acid. With a dry touch, it is an exceptional beauty ally. For a luminous complexion, choose healthy-looking oils such as rosehip, apricot, buriti, coconut or apple.

Our favourites?

- Mossa face oil, a veritable cocktail of vegetable oils of jojoba, raspberry, avocado, apricot, eggplant and sweet almond. Bare skin is simply sublime.

- Denovo's light elixir combines the illuminating and regenerating properties of wild rose oil and chia oil. A radiance combo for the skin.

- UV Bio healthy glow dry oil, with a dry finish, enhances the complexion with a beautiful natural color thanks to buriti oil.

If you want to mattify your complexion while leaving bare skin, choose Karethic's moisturizing cream, with its incredibly penetrating and mattifying texture. A treat for the skin and a doll-like complexion!

A deep treatment

The trick for de-fatigued skin? Mechanical exfoliation is performed twice a week to maximize skin radiance, followed by a moisturizing mask. The goal is to banish dull complexion for the whole season while bringing homogeneity and light. Another tip, tested and approved, is to replace your beauty oil 2 to 3 times a week with a super moisturizing mask applied in a thick layer that is left on all night before rinsing it off on waking with the help of floral water and very soft reusable cotton. Enriched with soothing gorse flower and intensely hydrating blue thistle from the dunes, Nominoë's radiance moisturizing night mask regenerates even the most tired and stressed skin for a luminous and fresh complexion upon waking.

Focus on cosmetic fasting

What if we put our skin on “pause” for a day or two? To help it regenerate and do it good, we try cosmetic fasting for a Sunday, a day of vacation or a public holiday. The principle ? Do not apply anything on his skin. We start in the evening, or in the morning, for 24 to 48 hours, after having previously carried out a triple cleansing with a make-up remover (oil or balm), a cleanser (a mild cold-saponified soap or a gel) and floral water. If during the day you want a little comfort or hydration, spray floral water on your skin. The latter will be able to oxygenate, regulate and learn to defend itself.
