In pictures:the Burberry photo campaign with Emma Watson turns into a fiasco

Great Britain - For its Spring/Summer 2010 advertising campaign, Burberry has chosen Emma Watson as its muse, who poses with her brother, Alex. This is without counting on a certain awkwardness in the photographic retouching.

In this series of shots, taken by photographer Mario Testino, Emma poses alongside her younger brother, Alex. She is dressed from head to toe by Burberry, a luxury brand.

The campaign would have been a great success if the young actress had not accidentally lost a leg in the process, with the intervention of Photoshop.

This story is reminiscent of the fairly recent one of Twiggy (see article), the 60-year-old British model, who looked 30 years younger with the action of the retouching software. On a snapshot, Demi Moore had also lost a piece of her hip a short time ago (see article).
