It pays homage to fashion through the centuries with cardboard

Through a superb series of photographs, an artist had fun recreating costumes and clothing from the 16th century to the present day using… cardboard. It pays homage to fashion through the centuries with cardboard

We owe these superb achievements to the artist Christian Tagliavini, who with great talent is inspired by fashion through the ages and centuries to restore it today in a modern way in the form of clothes made with cardboard. A real tour de force that requires the artist hours of graphic research and work to succeed in reproducing costumes inherited from the history of fashion, from the 16th century to the present day.

Inspired by the painting of the Flemish school, the court portrait or Cubism, the artist takes us on a journey through fashion, art and the centuries thanks to his magnificent pieces made entirely of cardboard. Titled Cut Out &Keep, it should be noted that this beautiful collection is currently on display until January 7, 2012 at Diemar/ Noble Photography of London for the greatest pleasure of the eyes.
